Omnibus Law - Job Creation Law, the concept of this regulation targets 3 major Indonesian Laws, the Job Creation Law, the MSME Empowerment Law and the Taxation Law, it also combines several rules with different regulatory substances into one regulation under one legal protection.

On December 30, 2022, President Joko Widodo issued Government Regulation in Lieu Law No. 2 of 2022 on Job Creation (Job Creation Perpu). Some of you might be confused since the Job Creation Perpu was issued after the controversial Omnibus Law Job Creation. The Constitutional Court stated the Job Creation law as conditionally unconstitutional and contrary to the Constitution
The Government has completed 51 regulations for the implementation of Employment Law No.11 of 2020 on Job Creation (Job Creation Law). This is in accordance with the provisions of Article 185 of the Job Creation Law which mandates the stipulation of implementing regulations no later than 3 (three) months since the Job Creation Law came into force on November 2, 2020.
Among them there are 4 Regulations included in the Employment Cluster, namely:
President Joko Widodo officially signed the Omnibus Law - the Job Creation Law in 2020. Now the law has been promulgated as Law No. 6 of 2023.
