The purpose of the data visual on DWC and the collective bargaining report is to enable workers and their representatives to understand and compare the disparities between the results of the DecentWorkCheck survey and the collective bargaining they engage in. Through this comparison, worker representatives can strategically determine which normative rights need immediate negotiation based on the DecentWorkCheck survey results in their factory. Collective bargaining reports from other factories can also serve as a reference for worker representatives to identify issues during negotiations. In this visualization, workers can gain detailed insights into survey results and data collection.
