Bipartite Meeting Results for the period of April - June 2020
Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic that affected the course of production and business of PT. Victory Ching Luh Indonesia, it was decided in a bipartite meeting between the management of PT. Victory Ching Luh Indonesia and the the Workers' Trade Union , the agreements listed below:
- Provisions coordinating the implementation of the Termination of Work (PHK) agreement for workers under 12 months of service.
- PT. Victory Ching Luh Indonesia still pays 100% holiday allowance (THR) in full to all workers.
This Bipartite meeting was held on May 13, 2020 and was attended by 2 representatives of trade unions who were active in PT. Victory Ching Luh Indonesia and 2 representatives from company management.
