Some achievements of the mutual agreement between the Managements of PT. Sunjin HJ and their Trade Unions as of November 2018:
- Workers' Basic Salaries are in accordance with Provincial Minimum Wage
- The Company's Wage Scale Structure has been implemented and will be reported immediately to the Government
- Assignation of Contract Workers to become Permanent Employees is being carried out gradually every month.
