Factory Improvements for April 2019 - June 2019
Some clarifications and improvements that have been made by PT. Seyon Indonesia, Purwakarta, as of May 2019 are;
- All workers of PT. Seyon Indonesia has been included in the BPJS Kesehatan and Ketenagakerjaan program.
- Suspension in payment of Employee Wages (agreed upon by the workers and the company)
- Bipartite Meetings between workers and management/employers are always done regularly, min. 1 time every month
