The agreement reached by management and Trade Unions’ representatives of PT. Sandang Jaya in Bipartite Negotiations, as of November 2018:
- The Company does not employ underage workers, and strives to improve the information systems of workers to avoid similar events.
- Will continue to conduct bipartite negotiations with the Trade Union periodically
- Will provide workers with freedom in doing organization and assisting/facilitating their main needs.
Agrees to the Trade Unions’ insistence on prioritizing the health and welfare of workers.
