Bipartite Meeting Results for the period of April - June 2020
Regarding the COVID-19 Pandemic that taking place since March 2020 and the Religious Holidays in May 2020, Bipartite Meeting that was conducted by the management of PT. Quty Karunia - Purwakarta and their Workers' Trade Union have agreed to these following matters:
- PT. Quty Karunia terminates all of their contract workers on May 20, 2020
- The production process was halted temporarily from May 1, 2020 - June 2, 2020. If there is an export need, workers will only work according to production needs
- PT. Quty Karunia provides Rp. 1,000,000 for employees' wages that were temporarily terminated in May 2020
- PT. Quty Karunia provides THR to employees on May 15th 2020, it will be paid gradually (70% in May 2020 and 30% in December 2020)
- Sales conditions are declining as a result of the March 2020 pandemic
The bipartite meeting was held on April 28, 2020, attended by 5 representatives of the Workers Union active in PT. Quty Karunia - Purwakarta and 3 representatives from management.
