Factory Improvement September 2018 - Desember 2018
Some improvements that have been made by PT. Kali Raya Indah, Tangerang, as of December 2018 are;
- Further negotiations between the Trade Union and Employers regarding Temporary Workers with Contract (PKWT) will be held periodically
- Agreement on fulfilling workers' minimum wages was obtained after bipartite negotiations.
- The Employer has imposed additional Job Benefits for some of their eligible workers
- Workers have obtained sufficient information/socialization regarding minimum wages and additional benefits through Notification Letter No.49/KES/HRD/XII/18
- Bipartite Meetings/Negotiations between Trade Unions and Employers will always be held periodically, min. 1 time every quarter of the year
