Bipartite Meeting Results for the period of April - June 2020
Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic the course of production and business of PT. Kahatex I - Cimahi is significantly affected, it was decided in a bipartite meeting between the management and the Trade Union representatives of PT. Kahatex I - Cimahi, the agreement stated below:
- Decision to lay off a total of 3,000 workers
- Continue to provide wages for laid off workers by 50% of their full wages for a month
- PT. Kahatex I - Cimahi remains committed to paying the full Annual Holidays benefits (THR)
- For workers who still work in factories, working hours are reduced by 1 hour per day or 6 hours per week
The Bipartite Meeting was held on May 13, 2020 and was attended by 2 representatives of the Trade Union at PT. Victory Ching Luh Indonesia and 2 representatives from the company management
