Bipartite Meeting Results for the period of April - June 2020
Some of the agreements that have been reached between the management of PT. Indorama Synthetics Technology Complex and the Workers' Trade Union in the midst of pandemic COVID-19 conditions and come at holidays for Religious Celebration Event (Eid Al-Fitr) :
- The company provides incentives and holiday gifts, while the incentive provisions for workers who enter on holiday are as follows :
- On 23 May 2020 an incentive of Rp.220.000,-
- On 24 May 2020 an incentive of Rp.430.000,-
- On 25 May 2020 an incentive of Rp.430.000,-
- On 26 May 2020 an incentive of Rp.220,000,-
- The company gives Annual Holidays benefits (THR) to workers in accordance with the provisions, paid in full 100%.
- The company still provides wages for workers who were temporarily laid off during the pandemic. The amount is as much as 75% of the worker's wages for a month.
This Bipartite meeting was held on May 15, 2020 and was attended by 9 representatives of trade unions who were active in PT. Indorama Synthetics Technologies Complex and 4 representatives from company management.
