Some results of bipartite discussions from workers and employers of PT. Indo Taichen Textile Industry, as of Desember 2018 are;
- Agreement on fulfilling workers' minimum wages was obtained after bipartite negotiations.
- Workers have obtained sufficient information/socialization about minimum wages and sectoral wages through Notification Letter No.162/HRD-ITTI/XII/18
- Negotiations have been held between Trade Unions and Employers regarding Work-related Accidents and Diseases that occur to some workers, and it has been agreed for the implementation of P2K3 training for workers in early 2019
- Bipartite Meetings/Negotiations between Trade Unions and Employers will always be held periodically, min. 1 time every quarter of the year
