Bipartite Meeting Results for the period of April - June 2020
The following are some of the agreements related to the COVID-19 Pandemic and the Religious Holidays achieved in the Bipartite Meetings between the management of PT. Indachi Prima – Cibinong and Trade Unions:
- Annual Holiday benefits (THR) will be paid on May 15, 2020. It is in accordance with the provisions and paid in full 100%.
- Annual holidays for Religious Celebration Event that happened in May 2020 for all workers in PT. Indachi Prima was implemented from May 20, 2020 - June 2, 2020.
- Annual holidays for Religious Celebration Event will be deducted 50% from the annual leave (for example: if the holidays taken are 12 days, then 6 days are deducted annually)
- Sales conditions are declining as a result of the pandemic happened from March 2020
The bipartite meeting was held on May 5, 2020, attended by 4 representatives of the Workers Union who are active in PT. Indachi Prima - Cibinong and 2 representatives from corporate management
