Some results of bipartite discussions from workers and employers of PT. Aurora World, as of May 2019 are;
- The company suspends Workers' Wages since the last 3 years (jointly agreed by workers and company)
- Bipartite Meeting between workers and management/employers is always done regularly, min. 1 time every month
- The company does not have a CBA but applies Company Regulations (PP) in the regulation of activities within the factory
