A number of mutual agreement reached in Bipartite Negotiations between the management of PT. Aneka Produksi Nusajaya and Trade Unions representatives in January 2019:
- The job placement in each department is now done according to the workers’ expertise, and is carried out proportionally.
- Revision of the workers’ Working Hours, has been adjusted based on the applicable Labour Law.
- Avoiding underage workers by improving information data entry on workers who applied for work.
The company agrees to the Trade Unions’ insistence on prioritizing the health and welfare of workers.
