Garment Factories that provide Social Security for Their Workers

For factory workers who have a considerable high job risk, social security such as health insurance is very important. The Government has provided affordable social security services to workers through the Social Security Workers' Agency (BPJS) since 2014. However, there are still some companies that have not registered their workers to join the program. Whereas in the Labour Law Act Article 86 No.13 in the year of 2003 has been set that employers are obliged to register their workers in the BPJS program.

 

It is very important to make sure the company where you work provides social security in accordance with the applicable law. Here, we give some examples of some garment factories that have been performing its obligations well in providing social security to its workers. They are:
