Based on the Decree of the Governor of West Sumatra Number: 562-768-2023 regarding the 2024 West Sumatra Province Minimum Wage, the West Sumatra Province Minimum Wage is IDR 2,811,499. In the Governor's Decree, it is written that companies that have given a Minimum Wage higher than the provincial minimum wage stipulation are prohibited from reducing or lowering it. The 2024 minimum wage figure has increased by 2.52% compared to the minimum wage in 2023
