Harald V merupakan seorang Raja Norway. Baginda mewarisi gelaran raja Norway selepas kemangkatan ayahanda baginda, Raja Olav V pada 17 Januari 1991. Baginda merupakan ahli Kerabat Glücksburg, sebuah kerabat asalnya dari Utara Jerman. Baginda menjadi putera pertama berkelahiran Norway sejak Raja Olav IV, yang diputerkan pada tahun 370. Baginda dahulu pernah memegang jawatan ketua Gereja Norway dan Tentera Darat Norway. Baginda memiliki seorang putera dan puteri iaitu Putera Haakon dan Puteri Märtha Louise.
